Creamy Dijon Salad Dressing


Ingredients

4 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
6 6-inch minced scallions, green and white parts
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/2 cup Glucerna® Homemade Vanilla Shake


Directions
  1. Place the cream cheese in a blender or food processor and puree.
     
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
     
  3. Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator until serving time. (The dressing can be stored up to one day after it has been prepared.)
