Ingredients
4 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
6 6-inch minced scallions, green and white parts
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/2 cup Glucerna® Homemade Vanilla Shake
Directions
- Place the cream cheese in a blender or food processor and puree.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator until serving time. (The dressing can be stored up to one day after it has been prepared.)
